Welcome Otago Law Review Contract. This document outlines the terms and conditions for contributors to the Otago Law Review publication. By entering into this contract, contributors agree to abide by the terms set forth below.

Contract Terms

Parties	Otago Law Review (hereinafter referred to as « OLR ») and Contributor
Term	The term of this contract shall commence on the date of the contributor`s submission of written work to Otago Law Review.
Contributor`s Obligations	Contributor shall submit original written work that has not been previously published and that does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Contributor shall also adhere to the OLR submission guidelines and deadlines.
Publication Rights	Contributor grants OLR the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and license the written work in all forms and media for the duration of the copyright. Contributor retains all other rights to the written work.
Compensation	Contributor shall not receive monetary compensation for the publication of the written work in OLR. However, OLR may provide contributor copies of the publication.
Termination	This contract may be terminated by either party with written notice. In the event of termination, OLR shall cease publication of the written work.
